She (Kelsea) was one of friendliest waitresses we had, extremely good, but did not over do it!  She made us feel like people instead of a number and the reason I say this is because it was very busy and she still made us feel like we were her only customers :) You should be so proud she works for you and hopefully she will be recognized by someone in the company!
