"Well, I was impressed with her ability to engage in witty banter with my table. Many servers may chuckle and move on (potentially awkwardly, just humouring the guests), but for her to participate in the fun we had while ordering and paying, not being simply concerned with getting an order or the money and getting out. It was evident she was not just taking care of business, but entering into the dialogue that makes eating at a restaurant stand out. Many will not take a risk to joke with clients in case it is misinterpreted, but she was a risk-taker, which definitely paid off. She made it a memorable visit, because the food was just fine, but her willingness to let her guard down and show some humanity and personality enhanced it all."
